HLCX 3668 is a GP38 that was leased from Helm Leasing. As of the beginning of 2005 it was still stored at the Dever Road yard. It is not known when it left the NB Southern. As of 2012 it was working for the Knoxville & Holston River shortline railway, operating in the Knoxville, Tennessee area.
