The CN Island Yard in Saint John has been leased to the NB Southern Railway starting in January 2002.
The yard hosts a shop building as well as a large number of tracks for storage and switching purposes. There is also a small transload facility near the shop building. Much of the yard is visible from either Rothesay Avenue or Highway 1.
