Have a map from 1939 shows the line ran to Alonsa. Wondering when that was abandoned?
The late Peter Lacey’s notes show that the Oakland sub went to Alonsa until around 1960.
(1950/11/26): Delta Jct. to Alonsa, 71.2 miles.
(1959/10/25): Same. No scheduled trains, but Langruth and Amaranth were both
daytime train order offices.
(1961/10/29-1962/10/28): Delta Jct. to Amaranth: 53.4 miles. No scheduled
trains.
Are there no photographs of any CNR stations along the Oakland Sub\Division? Am interested
