I did not scan the October 27, 1991 CAR timetable as it is not much different from the previous one. The major differences are:
- VIA trains 11 and 12 are now listed as Passenger Extras
- McAdam Subdivision – Grand Bay and Magaguadavic stations deleted
- Shogomoc Subdivision – Speed between mile 51.1 (Woodstock) and 105.8 (Aroostook) reduced from 40 MPH to 30 MPH
- Edmundston Subdivision – Edmundston station and yard deleted
- Added AAR-CP channel cross-reference table
- Added regional special instructions for signal indications (below)
