Back in October (2023) I had the opportunity to visit New Brunswick. I flew in and out of Moncton, New Brunswick and spent most of my time there. On the weekend, I rented a car so I could visit my mother.
The last incarnation of the Newfoundland Railway, Terra Transport, hasn’t run trains since 1988, but you can still see bits of it here and there on the CN network.
I’ve photographed the Canadian Pacific Holiday Train several times over the past dozen years. This year I decided to photograph it “across the border”, at Ingolf, Ontario.
Here are two slides I purchased from an online auction site, showing an empty CN rail train at Bayview Ontario in 1997.
